How are California's and Florida's oranges different?

Because of the hot, damp climate, oranges in Florida are thin-skinned juicy fruits; California's drier climate, by contrast, produces thick-skinned, sweet "eating" oranges.
This blog will contain information on the new and upcoming technologies, products as well as the existing ones which interest me as and when I get to know or work with it... plus, other info which I find quite interesting... Oh.. and almost forgot, I will include the betas that I get to test too...(psst, i.e. if I get any...)
